2022 A month of Halloween movies -- October 11th

The Mads Are Back: A Night Of Shorts 9 | Live Riffing With MST3K's The Mads

They weren't all Halloween themed shorts, but Frank Coniff and Trace Beaulieu did dress in their old MST3K getups as TV's Frank and Doctor Forrester.  And one of the shorts was a terrible old educational film about Halloween, another did involve a witch who needed to be cleaned (don't ask), and there was one with puppets (which many people find a bit creepy for understandable reasons).

I've decided not to worry about doing a movie a day.  Maybe some future Halloween I'll do that, but honestly, it's a lot of work with the current schedule.  And I'm not inclined to squeeze in something more technically Halloweeney after tonights Night Of Shorts.

The Scatterkat is a bigger fan of riffing movies than I am.  I enjoy it, she's utterly smitten; s'okay, I'm smitten with her.  This was fun and worth doing.  If you're up for this kind of thing, the former Mad Scientists of MST3K do one of these every month now, selling tickets via Eventbrite and streaming them via Super Top Secret YouTube link that gets sent out right before the stream goes live.
