Wendy, it's kind of like telling if a turkey is done: wriggle the arm in the socket, and if it comes out, your fellow-passenger is overdone. Which works to your advantage for reasons the PSA makes clear.
I feel fully prepared for tomorrow's trick or treating. Plus, if someone becomes hysterical, I have studied the proper technique for calming them down!
