The one for DC that debuted at SDCC looks awesome. My brother got in on the panel, so he gets to be a beta player.

I saw the DC preview, and it looks pretty awesome.

I've never been an MMORPG player, but there are a couple of recent games that have had me reconsidering (Trek Online and Champions) but for middling reviews. Republic or DCU might push me over the edge, though....
