My daughter is obsessed with cats of all kinds and her middle name actually is Ripley. We were toying with the name right at after conception. But the decision was clinched when they re-released Alien while Melody was inside and kicking. And boy, did she kick during the film! (Thus my getting such fun out of the photo. Aside from its obvious genius.)

There's no end, really, to the things that could be LOL'd. If you think about it, Pop Up Videos is an extension of the concept - with better spelling and grammar. ;)
